Dear Mama,
Angel went to see her doctor this afternoon, and I accompanied her. We've waited for almost 2 hours because there were so many patients, Mama. I was worried because Angel was already feeling uneasy. She said her skin was in pain because it was cold at the hospital's waiting area. I'm glad she was able to hold on and waited for her turn.
After her check up (she did not want me to accompany her inside the clinic), we already went home, Mama. But we passed by the drugstore to buy some of the medicines the doctor prescribed her. She was given steroids for her pain, and she was also given medicines for her hypothyroidism, Mama.
Angel asked if she should see an ob-gynecologist because her symptoms were similar to those with PCOS. Her doctor said she can if she wants to, but he believes it's her thyroid that's causing everything. We'll see in the following days, Mama. Although, I might persuade Angel to still see an ob-gyne.
I hope Angel will feel better soon, Mama. She has a lot of plans that she was doing little by little. She was slowed down by her condition. I hope she'll heal soon, especially with her birthday coming.
That's all the update I have for Angel now, Mama. I'm really sorry I wasn't able to take better care of her. I wish you were still here.
