Dear Mama,
I got my lab results today. I had my blood extraction last Monday, Mama. After getting my lab results, I immediately went home without looking at it. I did not open the result until after I finished the laundry and did all my errands. Because I was afraid of the results, Mama. I am always afraid every time I have my quarterly lab test.
I opened the envelope and unfolded the paper, Mama. I looked at the results slowly, checking if they are still within the normal range. Because that is the only way I know how to check it, Mama. Good thing, all of them are within the range.
Then, I looked for the page containing the comparisons from the previous months, Mama. I saw that most of them have improved! A lot of them are lower than the previous quarters - my blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid are all lower than the previous quarter, Mama.
I hope I am reading my lab results correctly. I know, I still to have wait for the verdict of my doctor which I will see on Friday, Mama. It may not be a reason for my medicines to be removed or reduced, but maybe soon I will get there.
That's all I want to say, Mama. I hope you're happy with my good news. I hope things will continue to get better for us.
Please pray for my peace.
I miss you, Mama.
I love you.
Daddy
